Free Cancellation Page Checker
Enter any website URL and get a plain-English cancellation score — 12 automated checks for the cancellation link, a page that loads, the named cancel path, the account-based flow, a pause or retention alternative, the confirmation step, what-happens-after terms, the data deletion policy, refund or proration terms, self-serve cancellation, and placeholder copy that decide whether your cancel flow is honest or a dark pattern. Heuristics are stated as heuristics throughout.
Privacy: we fetch the URL you enter plus at most two same-site pages to run the checks, but we never store any of them. The only thing recorded is an anonymous "grader run" for our own stats. Public websites only.
What the checker checks
Can subscribers find the exit?
A cancellation link on the homepage, a cancellation page that loads, a linked detail page, and the link's placement in the nav or footer.
Can they actually cancel?
The named cancel path, the account-based flow, a pause or retention alternative, the confirmation step, and the self-serve signal — cancel online, no need to call.
Are the terms honest?
What-happens-after terms, the data deletion policy, refund or proration terms, nav/footer placement, and no placeholder copy.
