Free Returns & Refund Policy Page Checker
Enter any website URL and get a plain-English returns score — 12 automated checks for the returns link, the return window, the refund method, condition rules, excluded items, how-to-start steps, return-shipping responsibility, refund timing, the exchange option, a contact channel for return issues, and placeholder copy that decide whether shoppers trust your store enough to buy. Heuristics are stated as heuristics throughout.
Privacy: we fetch the URL you enter to run the checks, but we never store it. The only thing recorded is an anonymous "grader run" for our own stats. Public websites only.
What the checker checks
Can shoppers find the policy?
A returns or refund policy link on the homepage, a page that loads, and a start-a-return step linked from the policy page.
Does the policy answer the questions?
A stated return window, refund method, condition rules, excluded items, how-to-start steps, and return-shipping responsibility.
Will they buy anyway?
Refund processing time, an exchange option, a contact channel for return issues, and no placeholder copy.
