Free Rental Listing Page Checker
Enter any website URL and get a plain-English rental score — 12 automated checks for the rental link, a page that loads, the named item, rates with a billing period, a minimum duration or availability window, a security deposit or damage policy, pickup and return logistics, a named booking call-to-action, a cancellation-or-refund policy, an insurance or protection option, nav/footer placement, and placeholder copy that decide whether your rental is actually rentable. Heuristics are stated as heuristics throughout.
Privacy: we fetch the URL you enter plus at most two same-site pages to run the checks, but we never store any of them. The only thing recorded is an anonymous "grader run" for our own stats. Public websites only.
What the checker checks
Can renters find the rental?
A rental link on the homepage, a rental page that loads, a linked detail page, and the link's placement in the nav or footer. Appointment and booking-slot links never open this gate.
Are the terms worth it?
The named item, rates with a billing period, a minimum duration or availability window, a security deposit or damage policy, and an insurance or protection option.
Will they trust the handoff?
Pickup and return logistics, a named booking call-to-action, a cancellation-or-refund policy, nav/footer placement, and no placeholder copy.
