A detected chat entry point, a recognized widget provider, a launcher visible in the first screen, and a response-time or availability signal that sets expectations.
Can everyone use it?
An offline fallback for when chat is down, no login wall on the anonymous page, a launcher with an accessible label, and no dead chat buttons.
Will they believe it?
Chat scripts over HTTPS, no full-screen overlay hijack, a privacy or consent note tied to the chat, and a phone-or-email escalation path beside it.
